释义	进奏院 jìn zòu yuàn唐宋时官署名。唐代藩镇在京置邸，称上都留后院。大历十二年改为上都进奏院，为各州镇官员入京时之寓所，并掌章奏、诏令及各种文书的投递、承转。宋初沿唐制，亦设进奏院，置进奏官；后改由朝官监领。南宋时隶属门下省，以给事中主管，掌承转诏旨和政府各部门命令、文件，摘录章奏事由，投递各项文书。元代废。進奏院
