释义	逆向整合 nì xiàng zhěng hé一种由下游产业先行发展，再逆向发展中、上游产业，并且再由上游先行整合中、下游所需的发展模式。如以我国石化工业为例，即先以下游加工业为基础，再发展出中间原料工业和基础工业。上游之中油在兴建轻油裂解厂之初，即先与中间原料厂协议好基本原料分配的比例，达成分配数量后，再依国际行情价格定价。中间原料厂或下游工厂再依市场实际需要量，进行调节性进口或出口。
