释义	通臂拳 tōng bì quán属猴拳类。又称通背拳。相传为战国时一个名叫白猿的人一说是孙膑所创。它是由猿背、猿臂取势，发劲要求背、肩、肘协调伸展，以求放长击远。有摔、拍、穿、劈、攒五种基本拳法。一种流行于河北地区仿效猿猴动作的拳法。特点是劲由背发，经肩和肘而圆滑到达手指。进攻的姿势较高，手法迅速，拳法丰富。其流派有白猴通臂拳、通背拳、少林通臂拳、五行通臂拳、劈挂通臂拳等。德Tongbeiquan
