释义	郡國制 jùn guó zhì汉时所采取的地方制度。汉有鉴于周行封建制度而衰，秦行郡县制度而亡，故融合二制之长，而采郡国制，既分封诸侯、功臣于王国、侯国，又于地方置郡，二者均属中央管辖。诸侯王拥有王国的统治权，但军事及王位继承方面均受到中央限制，七国之乱后，七国权力削弱，属官均由中央任命；郡县的郡守、郡丞及郡卫则由皇帝任命，由中央派遣。
