cǎi fǎng shǐ
官名。唐开元二十一年分全国为十五道，每道置采访处置使，简称采访使，掌管检查刑狱和监察州县官吏。天宝后改为但考课官吏，不得干预他政。干元以后，各地兵起，废采访使而置防御使。职官名。唐代担任巡视各州、察访善恶、考核诸道官员政绩的特任官。见唐．杜佑《通典．卷三二．职官州郡上》。
