shì cài
亦作释采。古代入学时祭祀先圣先师的一种典礼。君临臣丧时入门前向门神致礼的仪式。
春入学，舍采合舞。
《仪礼．士丧礼》:君释采，入门。郑玄注:释采者，祝为君礼门神也。必礼门神者，明君无故不来也。《礼记．丧服大记》:君至，主人迎，先入门右，巫止于门外，君释菜。郑玄注:释菜，礼门神也。一说，进门前脱去华美的外衣。见胡培翚《仪礼正义》引万斯大说。古代初入学时，用芹藻之类的植物礼敬先师，称为「释菜」。⎣上丁，命乐正习舞释菜。⎝《礼记．月令》
