释义	防止核扩散条约 fáng zhǐ hé kuò sàn tiáo yuē即《不扩散核武器条约》。苏、美、英等国于1968年7月1日在各自首都同时签署，1970年3月5日生效。条约规定：核国家不得以任何方式转让核武器或核武器爆炸装置；非核国家保证不制造核武器，不接受其他国家核武装的转让；无核缔约国的一切和平核装置应遵守国际原子能机构的规约和保障制度，国际原子能机构有权对其进行核查等。中国于1991年加入该条约。
