释义	電磁灶 diàn cí zào利用电磁感应加热原理制成的电气烹饪器具。由高频感应加热线圈即励磁线圈、高频电力转换装置、控制器及铁磁材料锅底炊具等部分组成。使用时，加热线圈中通入交变电流，线圈周围便产生一交变磁场，交变磁场的磁力线大部分通过金属锅体，在锅底中产生大量涡流，从而产生烹饪所需的热。在加热过程中没有明火，因此安全、卫生。大陆地区指电磁炉。
