释义	驾帖 jià tiē明代，秉承皇帝意旨，由刑科签发的逮捕人的公文。明代厂卫逮捕人犯的凭据，由刑部签发。厂卫有所逮，必取原奏情事送刑部发签驾帖。驾帖发下，须从刑科批定。若科中遏止，即主上亦无如之何。《明会要．卷六七》近者中外提人，止凭驾帖，既不用符，其伪莫辨，奸人矫命，何以拒之？《明史．卷九四．刑法志二》駕帖
