高压水银灯
gāo yā shuǐ yín dēng
又称“高压汞灯”。利用高压水银蒸气放电发光的一种气体放电灯。灯管内装有一对电极且抽去空气，充入少量氩气和液态水银。通电后氩气放电将水银加热和气化，水银蒸气受电子激发而放电产生强烈辉光。发光效率高，使用寿命长，但紫外光较多。用于消毒杀菌、光刻照明、制版等方面。
