释义	鬼薪 guǐ xīn秦汉时的一种徒刑。因最初为宗庙采薪而得名。鬼薪从事官府杂役、手工业生产劳动以及其它各种重体力劳动等。秦汉时，强制男性罪犯服劳役的刑罚。劳动范围广泛，包括从事土木工程或制作器物等。在劳役刑罚等级上次于城旦。有为故秦人出、削籍，上造以上为鬼薪，公士以下刑为城旦。《睡虎地秦墓竹简．秦律杂抄》
