释义	鹽道 yán dào盐道即盐法道与盐巡道，清朝负责食盐管制和检验的官员。顺治二年1647年，清廷在扬州设立两淮巡盐察院署和两淮都转盐运使司。两淮都转盐运使司的长官称两淮都转盐运使，或运司使，从三品。清朝前期，两淮盐区还设置巡盐御史，是两淮盐区的最高盐务专官，中央巡视员，无定品，任期一年。后改称盐政，康熙年间由巡盐御史改置，以总督、巡抚兼任。掌督督征课，调剂盐价，纠察属官。也就是说，盐政的官品是一、二品。盐道
